Booking-request terms

A request sent from this website is a request only. It does not reserve a live appointment slot and is not proof of payment. Our team confirms availability, any quote and the final appointment details with you on WhatsApp.

The reference shown on the review screen is a request reference generated in your browser to help us match your message. It is not a reservation ID or a payment record.

Points package validity starts from your first service and runs for one month. Services cannot be repeated within one package. Any rules not stated here, such as VAT, cancellation, deposits, transfers, sharing or carryover, are confirmed by the salon and are not set by this website.

Prices shown are the advertised package and combo prices. Services listed as 'price on request' are quoted by the salon and are not included in a points package.
