How do points packages work?
You buy a package with a set number of points (5, 10, 12, 16 or 20), then spend those points on the services you want. Points are the package allowance. They are not a price per service. Your one-month validity starts from your first service.
Can I repeat the same service in one package?
No. Services cannot be repeated within a single package. You can choose a different service instead, or ask the salon about a separate arrangement.
How is my request confirmed?
When you continue to WhatsApp, your prepared request opens in the app. You tap Send, and our team replies to confirm availability, any quote and the final appointment details. The website itself does not book a slot or send the message for you.
I already have a package. How do I book my next visit?
Choose 'I already have a package' in the builder, add the services you'd like this visit, and continue to WhatsApp. Any package reference you enter is unverified by the website. Our team checks your remaining points and previous services from our own records.
